Emmon-Hajime no Gi — Kyoto, Feb 6, 2026

On February 6, 2026, in Kyoto, I was honored to serve as the model for the Ōkimi (Great King) court attire at the “Emmon-Hajime no Gi” — the annual Kimono-Starting Ceremony of a classical lineage of Emmon-dō.

As layers of silk were carefully placed upon my body, my center settled into my tanden, the air softened, and time briefly folded — connecting me, if only subtly, with the world of classical Japan.

Deep gratitude to the lineage, practitioners, and artisans who have carried this tradition through generations. Their dedication allowed me to touch a living stream of Japan’s cultural memory.

My body is my instrument.
This experience will resonate through my music and my voice.

映画「国宝」出演俳優、そして方言指導を担当した友人・北斗からのご紹介から京都にて

大王（おおきみ）装束のモデルを務めさせていただきました。

無作法者ゆえ初めてのことだらけでしたが、
皆様大変温かく私を迎えていただきました。

着付けていただく間、そして身に纏った感触としては、
次第に丹田へとしっかり重心が定まり、氣がめぐり、
重力と空氣の質が変わり、大変心地良い身体感覚を覚えました。

光源氏の世界や安倍晴明の時代と少しだけ繋がれたような気がします。

ご一門、御関係者の皆様、
試行錯誤し連綿と紡いてくれた数多の職人の皆様、
貴重な経験をありがとうございました。

日本の美しい伝統文化と歴史の一部になれたことを嬉しく思います。

いろんな国へゆき、いろんな国の人たちと音楽交流する中で、
日本の和の精神、侘び寂びの稀有な美しさを少しずつ認識しています。

皆様の所作と心、お着物、場から日本のバイブレーションを一身にいただきました。

私の身体そのものが楽器。
この身体感覚は、私の音楽、声の養分となるでしょう。

2023年から就任し、植物音楽ユニット・大地の種としてインド、ネパール、マレーシア、ロシアなど、

またKackey@dabigtreeとしては昨年大阪・関西万博のサウジアラビア王国館ステージにて、国内、世界各地での演奏を経て、地元・大阪のエネルギー「おおきに」をいろんな仲間達と共有してきました。

　
これからまた一年、
大阪の街、文化、人、そして“感謝の波動”をアーシーヴォイスシンガーとして世界に響かせていきます。

　
この一つ一つの積み重ねが、世界平和へと繋がってゆくのだと思います。

今期より仲間であるフォトグラファー&モデルの峰のりえ @minenorie0428 、スタイリストのコンカエデ @wave._03 、彫刻家の金愛子 @goldaikoartworks もおおきにアンバサダーに就任。

偶然居合わせたその場所で、
流れのまま、ひとつの祭祀に加わることになった。

そこに集った者たちには、
この祭祀が持つ意味は、確かに伝えられていた。
ただし、その祈りが向けられる場所の名は、
当時、口外しないことを求められていた。

それは同日・同時刻、
日本各地で静かに執り行われていた、
サウジアラビアへ向けた祈りの祭祀であった。

そして同年、
7月から8月にかけて。

大阪・関西万博
サウジアラビア王国館にて。

私は6週間、
サウジの素晴らしい音楽家、ダンサーたちと、
即興演奏の日々を過ごすことになる。

carried out at the same moment across Japan,
directed toward Saudi Arabia.

Months later,
I would spend six weeks
in improvisational performances
with remarkable Saudi musicians and dancers
at the Saudi Arabia Pavilion,

In 2025, I spent six weeks at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kan

In 2025, I spent six weeks at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai,
performing at the Saudi Arabia Pavilion.

Every day was a living improvisation
with creative Saudi musicians, dancers,
and an incredible multinational team.
It felt like a ritual of prayer —
being fully present, offering vibration with my whole being.

From this connection, a new opportunity is now unfolding,
and next year I may create sound in Saudi Arabia again.

I’m beginning to understand, through my body,
why I was called to this place.
Perhaps Saudi Arabia is also one of the lands I am meant to return to.

To everyone who created, performed, supported,
and walked alongside me — thank you.

Refining this body, the vessel of my work,
I run freely into 2026.

【2025年&2026年の挨拶】
2025年は大阪・関西万博にて、サウジアラビア王国館で6週間、
クリエイティブでかつユーモラスなサウジの音楽家、ダンサー、
そして最高の多国籍チームと、毎日即興演奏の日々を送りました。

それは「イマココ」を感じ、
全身全霊でバイブレーションを発する、祈りの祭祀でした。

このご縁から、2026年はサウジアラビアで音を発する機会が生まれそうです。
日本人の精神性が、目まぐるしく発展するサウジに
このタイミングで入るお役目があるのかもしれません。

なぜサウジアラビアパビリオンに
自分が呼ばれたのか。
その意味を、少しずつ身体感覚で
理解し始めています。

おそらくサウジもまた、
自分が帰るべき場所の一つなのでしょう。

水が豊かで、樹々に恵まれた
日の本の国から、砂漠の地へ。

日本で出会った素晴らしいアーティストたちも、
共に連れて行けたらいいなと思っています。

出演オファーをくださった皆さん、
共に新しい場と作品を創り、共演してくれた皆さん、
僕のアーティスト活動を支援してくださっている皆さん、
そして、いつも応援してくれている皆さん。
本当に、ありがとう。

お役割を果たすべく、
器であるこの身体を磨きながら、
