沖縄に住み、ハワイで12年ツアーガイドをして、今は大阪・豊中に住んでいるリチャードさんに出会いました。

そしてお母さん仕込みのハンバーガーがめちゃくちゃ美味しい！
彼は今、孤食の子どもたちを支援するプロジェクトに取り組んでいて、販売しているポップコーンの収益もその活動に使われているとのこと。

I met Richard, who currently lives in Toyonaka, Osaka. He used to live in Okinawa and worked as a tour guide in Hawaii for 12 years.
Surprisingly, his father is a Native American shaman!
And the burgers he makes, based on his mother’s recipe, are insanely delicious!
Right now, he’s working on a project to support children who eat alone. The proceeds from the popcorn he sells go toward funding this initiative.
