It was my first time performing in the musical “ It was my first time performing in the musical “Dogs Howl at the Dark, Cats Hide in the Moonlight.” After three days and five shows, we successfully reached the final performance! I, playing the bard Rakuyou, had the pleasure of singing two songs together with Hinana Kanade @hinak2727 , who portrayed Komachi on stage. 初の出演となるミュージカル「犬は闇に吠え猫は月に隠れる」、3日間5回公演、無事に千穐楽を迎えることが出来ました！ 私が演じる吟遊詩人の落葉、舞台役者の奏緋七さんが演じる小町とは2曲一緒に歌わせていただきました。本公演前にプレ公演を2回、大阪、和歌山で行い本番に向けて準備してきたよ。楽しかった〜 #KackeyAtDaBigtree #Musical #犬は闇に吠え猫は月に隠れる @inu_neko11123

🌾 Rice is not just food. It is our life, our pr 🌾 Rice is not just food. It is our life, our prayer. I create my voice in a rice field. When I step into the mud and feel the pulse of the earth, my sound becomes part of the cycle of life. Japan’s rice farmers carry this cycle. Yet the reality is harsh. Farmland is disappearing, farmers are aging, and food self-sufficiency is declining year by year. It threatens the heart of our culture and the future of our children. I have received so much from a dear friend, Yohei Ueda @youhei_ueda_susanaru , who cultivates rice, develops natural fermentation, and builds a community house called “Izanagi-tei” near Izanagi Shrine in Awaji Island. He is now facing a major challenge. He needs to raise JPY 23 million by the end of November to keep the place where many people gather, learn, and reconnect with the earth. His plan: • Those who support will receive rice he grows for 10 years. • Additional collaboration options to build a sustainable future together. I have made a personal contribution, because supporting those who protect our food and land means protecting our own lives. The six weeks I performed were spent giving everything, moment by moment, together with my Saudi teammates. Becoming part of the Saudi Arabia Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka–Kansai has been one of the most meaningful chapters of my life as a singer. On October 10, 2025 — before the Matsuri Stage performance began — I watched the sunset over Awaji Island as the international crew, gathered from many countries, stood in awe of its beauty. I’ll never forget that moment. Beyond borders, beyond generations, we all feel the same — the sunset is beautiful. In that shared feeling, I see the true potential of humanity. Wishing continued success to everyone. At MAISON de SIGN. in Osaka’s Abeno BELTA, I had At MAISON de SIGN. in Osaka’s Abeno BELTA, I had the chance to visit the popup of the Japanese brand SOURA, the creator of my stage costumes for Expo 2025 Saudi Arabia Pavilion. Founded by Mr. Imai, SOURA @commonstyle.inc embodies the theme of Tradition, Future, and Nature through their Hybrid Kimono design. It’s functional and flexible — you can put it on or take it off in just one minute — and yet it carries the soul of Japanese tradition blended with bold innovation. As a Japanese artist, and as a singer who fuses the African djembe with what I call the “Earthy Voice”, this collaboration feels like the perfect match for my Expo performance. I’ll continue to wear these pieces on stage, carrying Japanese creativity to the world.
