6:00 AM, the morning after 10 days of Vipassana🧘 6:00 AM, the morning after 10 days of Vipassana🧘 Ten days in silence— no speaking, no eye contact, no devices. Only observing breath and bodily sensations, as they arise and pass. Even without sound, I could hear my song. Even without playing, music was always there. Like a chrysalis, I stayed still. On the earth, feeling spring awaken— insects, plants, animals. This is my second Vipassana. The flow within the body is now more subtle, more vivid. Expansion and contraction. Freedom and solidity. Existing at the same time. I feel rooted like a tree— connected to the core of the Earth, and to the cosmos. A new voice is emerging. The message that remained: “Your future self, and the plants, are watching you. They have always been, since the day you were born.” This voice arose naturally— a pure prayer.
